What time should I book to visit Santa if I am planning to do the Light Trail too?
You can visit Santa’s Grotto before or after your light trail session!

If you’re booking AFTER your light trail session, we recommend allowing at least 1 hour to enjoy the trail fully and at a relaxed pace.

If you are booking Santa’s Grotto BEFORE your light trail session, please allow 5 minutes per child to see Santa. For example, if you have a Light Trail session at 6pm, and 2 children for Santa’s Grotto, we would suggest 5:45pm and 5:50pm Grotto times.

You are reminded that you MUST enter the light trail within your 20 minute session time. You can also access Santa’s Grotto without a light trail booking.

I have more than 1 child, how do I book?

If you are bringing more than 1 child, please add a session time to your basket, then press continue shopping to choose a consecutive time to add another child.

You only need to add adult tickets to the first slot if you are booking multiple children in.

You will be prompted during check out to add information about your child so we can ensure Santa and his elves choose the perfect gift for them!

If you have booked for multiple children, you will all be able to enter the Grotto together and each child will get time with Santa.

Where is Santa’s Grotto located?
Please check in with an Elf at Delapré Abbey’s visitor entrance / shop!
