IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to a severe weather forecast in the area on Sunday 22nd December, we will unfortunately need to close the Winter Light Trail for your safety. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause you, but you and your family's safety is our highest priority.

This will currently only affect Sunday 22nd December
Saturday 21st December - We are OPEN as normal
Sunday 22nd December - CLOSED for your safety
Monday 23rd December - The weather forecast is good and we will be OPEN as normal

What happens next?
Transferring your tickets to a like-for-like priced session is super simple through the SeeTickets customer portal. There is availability for all session types throughout the rest of the month! We have aded some additional sessions on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays to accommodate for these unfortunate cancellations.

If you wish to transfer to a higher priced session, then you will be able to do so and pay the difference via the portal too.

If you wish to transfer to a lower priced session, then you will need to request a refund, then rebook your tickets. Please note refunds can take up to 28 working days to show in your account.

The Après Bar and mini chalets will also be closed unfortunately.

If you have a mini chalet booking on Sunday 22nd December, we will send more information by email and issue your refund. You will be able to rebook for an alternative date, but unfortunately we will not be able to offer a transfer of your existing booking.

We are sincerely sorry to disrupt your plans, but your safety is our priority and unfortunately the weather is out of our control!
