IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
TRENTHAM WINTER LIGHT TRAIL CLOSURE

Due to a severe weather forecast in the Staffordshire area on Friday 5th December, we will unfortunately need to close the TRENTHAM Winter Light Trail for your safety. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause you, but you and your family's safety is our highest priority.

This ONLY affects Friday 5th December at TRENTHAM Winter Light Trail - Saturday 6th December and Sunday 7th December will be open as normal.

What happens next?
Transferring your tickets is super simple through the SeeTickets customer portal. There is availability for throughout the rest of the month!

You will be able to transfer your tickets to ANY available session, regardless of the pricing tier, for the next 48 hours only. Please note that if you move to a session with a lower pricing tier, you will forfeit the difference in price.

If you have a mini chalet booking on Friday 5th December at Trentham Winter Light Trail, we will send more information by email and issue your refund. You will be able to rebook for an alternative date subject to availability, but unfortunately we will not be able to offer a transfer of your existing booking.

We are sincerely sorry to disrupt your plans, but your safety is our priority and unfortunately the weather is out of our control!
