Can I book a mini chalet if I don’t have a ticket to the Winter Light Trail?
Yes! You can visit the food village and mini chalets without a Winter Light Trail booking. The mini chalets are located by the courtyard at Wollaton Hall. The light trail ends here, and if you are booking a mini chalet for AFTER your light trail visit, we’d advise allowing at least 1 hour to enjoy the trail fully. If you are booking a mini chalet for BEFORE your trail, you must enter the trail within your 20 minute entry window, and please be aware the trail entrance will close 30 minutes after the last session time on that day.

Are kids and dogs allowed?
ABSOLUTELY! Children and well behaved four legged friends are welcome to join!

Do you serve food?
We stick to what we’re good at, great winter drinks! But we are neighboured by some fantastic, independent food vendors. You are welcome to purchase food from them and enjoy it in the mini chalet.

Do I need a booking?
We recommend booking a mini chalet in advance as popular dates are likely to sell out! You can book our cosy mini chalets for 8-10 people for a 1 hour 30 minute session, but all other seating in the food village is available on a first come, first served basis.
