Halloween QR Trail
Until 31st October
Grosvenor Shopping Centre
Solve the Halloween word by uncovering a spooky word by locating all the QR codes around the shopping centre! Pick up an activity sheet at the management suite, scan each QR code you find to uncover a letter then work out the Halloween word! Once completed hand your sheet back to the management suite and be rewarded with a scarily sweet prize!

Ghost Trail
Wednesday, Thursdays & Sundays until 31st October
Explore and learn about the history of the Abbey whilst seeking all the hidden ghouls in the mysterious rooms… When you complete the trail, receive a gift!
Haunted Afternoon Tea

Step into the eerie cellars of Delapré Abbey for a Haunted Afternoon Tea! Uncover the unusual happenings of the abbey, hosted by the grey lady, and devour a spine-chilling selection of savoury and sweet treats which will have your taste buds screaming with delight…
Delapré Spooktacular

Recommended for ages 12 and under
Encounter eerie spirits of the past and keep an eye out for ghostly apparitions and spooky surprises as you wander through one of Northampton’s oldest buildings and grounds… Collect a spooky treat at the end of your adventure!
Halloween Parties
with Belle & Cinderella on Monday 28th October 2:30pm
with a superhero on Tuesday 29th October 2:30pm
Enjoy a delicious cake and juice from the Abbey’s Orangery café, before a princess or superhero experience including games, dancing, bubbles and more!
Hocus Pocus Open Air cinema
Monday 28th October | 4pm – 6:30pm & 7pm – 9:30pm
Sit back and enjoy the Halloween classic, Hocus Pocus as a family or for date night! There will be food and drink available to purchase, or bring your own!
Preacher The Storyteller - Ghostly Goings
Wednesday 30th October | Sessions at 11.30am, 12.30pm, 2pm, 3pm
Tickets £5 per adult, under 18s go free. Also includes general admission to explore the house.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of Delapré Abbey, get into the spirit with a not-so-spooky Storytelling experience for adults and children alike (scare level 4/10)! Discover the ghosts and ghouls that roam the Abbey, as Preacher the storyteller brings these spooky stories to life.

Diwali Celebrations
Saturday 26th October | 10am - 8pm
Northampton Town Centre
Diwali is the Hindu festival of light, symbolising the spiritual "victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. Northampton’s celebration is the largest in the county. From 10am, savour delicious food and take in cultural performances, arts and crafts, henna painting and more throughout the day, before lighting candles and embarking on the traditional Diwali lantern procession through the town centre in the evening. The night will end with bhangra music and dancing!
Organised by the Indian Hindu Welfare Organisation (IHWO) Northampton, and supported by Festive Road, Inspiration FM, Northampton Town Centre BID, Northampton Town Council and West Northamptonshire Council.
